INDEPENDENT RIGHTS REVIEW
DOCUMENTS CHECKED 05 NOV 2026

A private EroLove AI chat can create an image with a public future.

EroLove AI's privacy policy says selected generated character images may appear in showcases, listings or promotion without a link to the user. Its terms give the provider a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence for specified uses. That is a serious permission to understand before you request intimate media. What begins in a private setting may have another permitted use.

Independent, unaffiliated criticism. We reviewed published policies; we did not generate images, inspect an account or verify enforcement.

THE SHORT VERSION

“Only you see it in chat” is not the same sentence as “it can never be published.”

Policy analysis, not an allegation of a leak.

02 / Read every verb

The licence is broader than casual “private” language suggests.

These are the rights and limits described in the provider's public Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We have not generated an image, requested deletion or tested how the rules are applied. The criticism is of the breadth and permanence of permission, not a claim that a specific user was exposed.

CLAUSE A

Use, copy, edit, publish, display

The terms describe a licence to use generated character images in public showcases and a public feed, character listings elsewhere and EroLove promotion. The licence is worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable for those uses. “Irrevocable” deserves more attention than a promotional hero image.

CLAUSE B

No account link, but selected public copies persist

The policy says a published image is not paired with your name, email, account or messages, so the public copy does not carry a user identity. It also says the published copy is excluded from your data export and stays public after you delete the chat or account. Those are different privacy and control questions.

CLAUSE C

Personal, noncommercial output

The terms say generated text and images are provided for personal noncommercial use. They restrict resale and presenting AI content as real. Owning a prompt is not the same as holding exclusive rights over a generated character image.

CLAUSE D

Consent and fictional adults

The provider's terms prohibit content involving minors, nonconsent, real identifiable people and deepfake impersonation. These are policy rules, not an audit of enforcement. Use a fictional adult character and do not import another person's likeness or private history.

OUR VERDICT

The service's image rights are too broad to wave away with the phrase “private chat.” A reader who wants total control over intimate outputs should pause. We do not claim the terms are unlawful or that any user's identity has been published.

04 / Three ordinary scenarios

What the policy means in practice.

01 / GENERATED CHARACTER IMAGE

You ask for a fictional character portrait.

Read the licence before generation.

EroLove AI says images in your chat are visible only to you there, yet it may select a character image for a showcase or promotion without linking it to your account. Decide whether that possibility fits your expectations.

02 / REAL PERSON

A prompt resembles someone you know.

Do not use their likeness without consent.

The terms prohibit identifiable real people, names, faces and voices in sexual content without explicit consent. Rewrite the prompt as a clearly fictional adult or stop.

03 / SHARING

You want to post an output elsewhere.

Check rights, context and audience.

The terms give outputs for personal noncommercial use and prohibit misleading people that a generated depiction is real. Check the destination platform rules and whether any real person could be recognized.

Source record and limits

This analysis uses EroLove AI's public Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and About page, checked November 5, 2026. We intentionally provide no link to the provider. These documents say the service is for fictional adults and explicitly prohibit minors, nonconsent and identifiable real-person deepfakes. We do not claim those rules have been broken or that the service is legally noncompliant. A published policy does not prove enforcement either; that remains outside our untested scope.

The rights worksheet is opinion and prudence, not legal advice. Product policy, jurisdiction and platform rules can change. Check current documents before creating or sharing intimate media.
